In-Person Individual Session

A venue-determined face–to-face individual session designed to help the client manage and eventually overcome personal challenges.

In Person sessions are used to help the client deal with their personal issues in a safe non-judgmental space. These sessions are designed to promote functional mental health and an awareness of methods of recovery and maintenance. The client is enabled to play a major role in the solution through self-monitoring and an awareness of physical, emotional and psychological state. In other words, we will find and implant the missing pieces of your parenting puzzle!

Virtual Individual Session

A secured virtual platform mutually agreed on by both the client and the counsellor/consultant for the session designed to help the client manage and eventually overcome personal challenges.

Virtual sessions are used to help the client deal with their personal issues in a safe non-judgmental space. These sessions are designed to promote functional mental health and an awareness of methods of recovery and maintenance. Parenting Skills Workshop

Parenting Skills Workshops are designed to explore and bring awareness to the challenges of parenting, while offering practical tips for parents to apply appropriately. These psycho-educational sessions address specific aspects of parenting skills development in, a number of areas, across various age groups of children. The main themes will include child development, discipline, strengthening parent-child relationships, co-parenting, addressing behavioral
challenges, and many more. Catering for groups of at least ten (10) to as many as fifty (50) participants, the workshops are designed to meet the specific needs of your organization’s potential and present parents.

6-Session Skill-Building Courses

(PEN T.I.P.S) Parent Empowerment Network Technique Infused Parenting Solutions
These psycho-educational sessions are designed to address parenting challenges, provide strategies to develop and improve parenting skills, and provide a platform for the participants to practice and to gain confidence in these skills.

6 weekly 90-minute sessions
Topics would include the Universal Blueprint of parenting, family history and ‘what problem’, effective communication, the goals of misbehavior, 21 st Century parenting, Putting it all together. This will be designed for groups of parents with babies thru pre-school, school age, tweens and teens, adult children. Each session is designed to give practical techniques for effective parenting.
Small group cohorts of between ten (10) – fifteen (15) participants
